Motor-cyclist killed
One man was killed and another injured in a motor-cycle accident at Waitohi about 5.30 p.m. on Thursday. The dead man was Rikihanq Tamaki Ross, aged 34. The motor-cycle that Mr Ross was riding with his brother, Jeffrey Herbert Ross, went out of control at the
intersectionofMain Waitohi Road and Gardiner Road.
Mr Jeffrey Ross was admitted to Timaru Hospital with minor injuries and is in a satisfactory condition. The police have not spoken to him yet, and it is not clear if he was the rider or passenger.
