NZPA-AP Port-au-Prince, Haiti President-for-life JeanClaude Duvalier of Haiti left the country aboard a plane about 3.45 a.m. (9.45 p.m. New Zealand time) yesterday for an unknown destination, sources at the international airport said. In Washington, a State Department official con-
