Public Notices Public Notices NATIONAL WATER AND SOIL CONSERVATION AUTHORITY WATER AND SOIL CONSERVATION ACT 1967 PURSUANT TO SECTION 24 (3) of the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967, public notice is hereby given that the following application has been received by the National Water and Soil Conservation Authority. Enmin Development Ltd and Consolidated Enterprises. Application to take from, and to discharge into, various streams and ponds within the prospecting areas detailed below in the Chatham Islands up to 900 litres per day of water as drilling lubricant and washing down for peat sampling. Legal description of the land being all that area of land which lies within Block n, m and IV Rangitlhi Survey District and Blocks I and II Te Whanga Survey District as shown on the map here under.
