In response to the high public demand it is now necessary to engage a further cashier, to be responsible for data entry, records keeping, cash reconciliations and banking, general office tasks and some typing. The person appointed will have strong self-organisational skills and be capable of working under pressure. An important part of this role will be to provide a service to our investor clients in response to their telephone enquiries and visits to our Service Centre. Hence, a good telephone manner and helpful, outgoing personality is essential. This is a junior position and would ideally suit a person with some experience in the finance/banking industry, although this is not an essential requirement. A recent decision to change computer hardware and completely re-organise the data processing funcBH tions has created the need for this new appointment. The SH appointee will initially be trained In, and become familiar with the MM computer systems, he/she will then take responsibility for the |M training of the 55 dealer users around New Zealand whose M terminals are networked to the Christchurch site. |SKM Ongoing training of trainers plus support and control of the sH network will be the primary functions once the inital task is mQ completed.
