This increased activity has culminated in the need for an inaugural full-time Chief Executive who will report directly to the Board. As the number of support staff will be small, the role is largely of a "hands on” nature and is wide ranging. The position has a financial bias with a blend of administrative, negotiating, evaluative, monitoring and public relations functions. These are applied primarily to ongoing operations, but also to forward planning and new development projects, with the goal of optimising return on investment.
