The day-long programme will centre on “Identifying and Meeting Market Demands” and will include an informative overview of New Zealand’s beef industry, as well as an updated look at effective performance testing and selection programmes. Featured speakers will include: Sir James Stewart Athol Hutton (Waitaki NZR) David Frith and Roger Marshall (NZ Meat Producers Board) Hugh Clifford (NZ Dairy Board) Chris Ward (Anglo of Brazil) Dave Mossman (Wairoa Veterinarian) John Crouch (American Angus Assn.)
