Obituary Mr G. White
Mr Graham White, a member of the committee of the Metropolitan Trotting Club for almost 11 years, died in Christchurch yesterday. Mr White, who was first elected a steward of the club in 1970, was particularly involved in the promotions sub-committee of the club. Mr White took over the land agency and auction-
eering business of _ Hutchinson and White on ~ the death of his father ’ and when that company ceased business he * worked . as a land * agent. Along with, several other members of the club’s committee, he raced the successful pacer, Ruthless.
