The council has therefore resolved to increase the minimum standards for subdivision in the zone to 1000 square metres for detached dwellings. Reduced standards will be permitted for apartments and town houses where there is a commitment to build not less than four units with an average site area per unit of not more than 350 square metres. The variation may be inspected at the Council Offices, 199 Clarence Street, Rlccarton, during normal office hours. Submissions and objections to this variation or any part thereof may be made by any person or body affected or representing some relevant aspect of the public interest Submissions and objections shall be in writing on Form C as set out in the First Schedule to the Town Country Planning Regulations 1978 or to like effect and shall be lodged at the Council Office not later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 1986.
