Meat Schedule
The following meat exporters’ schedule of prices to farmers for the South Island will apply from February 3. Prices are quoted as cents per kilogram for meat and cents per head for skins. For lamb and mutton, farmers have the option of receiving the full bare meat schedule, or taking part in a pool and receiving a 90 per cent advance payment. LAMBS SHEEP
