Public Notices INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1977 PUBLIC NOTICE OF SCHEME CHANGE NO. 1 THE Inangahua County Council has prepared a district scheme change to include Blacks Point township In the Small Settlement Zone. The scheme change may be Inspected at the offices of the Inangahua County Council, 185 Buller Road, Reefton, and public library, Reefton, at any time when they are open to the public. Forms for submissions and objections are available at the Council’s Offices.
Submissions and objections to the scheme change or any part thereof may be made by any body or person affected or representing some relevant aspect of the public Interest Submissions and objections shall be in writing in Form C prescribed in the schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1978 or to the like effect and shall be lodged at the office of the Council not later than Tuesday, March 4, 1986. At a later date every submission and objection will be open for public Inspection and any body or person who wishes to support or oppose any submission or objection will be entitled to do so.
