LINC first to win award
The Christchurch computer software company, Burroughs LINC, is the first recipient of the added-value export award, the Minister of Overseas Trade and Marketing, Mr Moore, has announced.

Mr Moore said the * award was designed to« reward organisations ’ which have demonstrated ■ enterprise, skill and initia- £ tive in successfully pro-« ducing and. exporting a “ product unique in its field « and incorporating an outstanding degree of added « value. ■*'
The added-value export" award will be presented!" annually to a winner " selected by a committee representing the Manufachirers’ Federation, the .< Chambers of Commerce,'.' and a previous export Z award winner. *
