Heart surgery patients
Sir,—The situation of heart patients awaiting surgery at Dunedin described In the article in "The Press” last Saturday is appalling and inexcusable, and affects all Canterbury residents. I urge everybody in Canterbury to write to their members of Parliament and put. whatever other pressure they can on the authorities to correct this situation. — Yours, etc., E. SHEPARD.
