MotHold purchase
PA Wellington The Spencer family, of Auckland, has bought out the Turner family’s interest in their joint majority shareholding of Motor Holdings, Ltd.
Earlier the families took up 51 per cent of the company following approval last July to take total joint ownership if desired.
The Spencer family nomi-
nee, Haumoana Investments Ltd, was last week reported to be bidding for a further 10 per cent —1.6 M shares at I9oc each, 33c above the going market price. On Friday evening Haumoana had just over a million of those shares.
Messrs P. N. and P. I. Turner will continue as managing director and executive director respectively, of the company.
