NZPA-AAP Melbourne The ANZ Banking Group has officially put its name on the longstanding Tokyo branch of its Grindlays Bank PLC subsidiary. The transfer follows Japanese Ministry of Finance approval in November 1985 to convert the Tokyo branch of Grindlays to a branch of the Group.
