Airline’s management postings

Two men have returned to Christchurch to take up top management positions with Qantas Airways. Mr Ken Reid, who has spent the last 14 months with the airline’s head office in Sydney, has been appointed southern area manager in Christchurch. Before his transfer to Sydney, Mr Reid was the area’s sales manager.

He succeeds Mr Alan Henderson, who has returned to ' Jney as project development manager.

Mr Philip Caldwell, who was the airline’s assistant airport manager at Auckland, has been appointed airport manager to Qantas at Christchurch. Mr Caldwell was started with the airline in Christchurch as a sales representative.
