The position requires the person to have a mature and responsible frame of mind, the confidence to operate machinery upon completion of training, and suited to working a weekly rotational shift with the hours of 7 a.m.-3 p.m., 3 p.m.-ll p.m. and 11 p.m.-7 a.m., five days per week. There is an attractive starting wage, plus shift allowances, plus a guaranteed fixed bonus upon proven ability.
