AITKEN, Gertrud* — On January 25, 1986, at the Archer Memorial Home, Christchurch, wife of the late Alexander McAlister Aitken, loved mother and mother-in-law of Jean and Terry Walls, and loved gran of Geoffrey (Auckland), and Helen (Alice Springs, Australia); in her 95th year. At her request, a private Funeral service will be held. Lamb and Hayward, Ltd, F.D.A.N.Z. (Inc.). BROOKES, Jamas Ernest — On January 26, 1986, at his residence, dearly loved husband of Hannah, loved father and father-in-law of Norman and Margaret, Deirdre and Norman, Trevor and Robyn, Frank and Karyn, and Barbara and Paul, beloved grandfather of his seven grandchildren, and loved stepbrother of Effie. Cut flowers only, please. Her Funeral service will be held In the Trinity Methodist Church, King Street, Ranglora, Tomorrow (Tuesday), at 2 p.m. Gulliver and Tyler, Ltd, Ranglora, F.D.A.N.Z. (Inc.).
