Guerrillas in Kampala
NZPA-Reuter Nairobi Guerrillas opposed to the Ugandan military Government have moved into the suburbs of Kampala as three east African leaders met to discuss rising tension irib the deeply-troubled country. Western diplomats in Kampala said the National Resistance Army thrust into the western suburb of Natete, only about 6km from the city centre, and might be plan-
ning to attack the capital. The fall of Kampala to the guerrillas was not necessarily imminent, they said, and envoys of two Western countries said they were not planning , an immediate evacuation ..of their nationals.
