La Blanche dead
PA Hamilton The Matamata filly; La Blanche, the winner of three races in a brief career, died this week. Trained by the dual licence holder, Tony Gillies, La Blanche suffered a spontaneous rupture of the stomach and. died on Thursday night By Danseur Etoile from Eady Tasman, La Blanche made an instant impact as a two-year-old last season, scoring wins at Pukekohe and Ellerslie in her first two starts. Her third victory- came earlier this at Hawera.
