Landmark Properties, Ltd, expects an interim dividend of at least 12.5 per cent and a record profit for the year ended March 31. The Auck-land-based property Investor, in a letter to shareholders, said the sharemarket had reassessed property companies, with subsequent rises In Landmark’s share price.
