PAUL BARTLETT, a 23-year-old snooker player, achieved a remarkable score in a practice match at the Regal Billiard Saloon recently. Playing Vic ■ GUks, the owner of the saloon, Bartlett made a break of 139, clearing the table after GUks had • made the initial break. AUSTRALIA’S women cricketers, who will play New Zealand in the deciding one-day international for the Shell Rosebowl at Lancaster Park tomorrow, have a. busy time ahead. Next January, Australia will entertain New Zealand in a series for the Rosebowl. In July, 1987, ' Australia will tour England and the following year, will hold the World Cup tournament.
