AND NOTICE is hereby further given that the said rate will become payable at the office of the Board In one sum on August 15, 1983 and that the Rate Book is open for inspection without fee by ratepayers between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. An additional 10 per cent will be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of six months from the date of demand and shall be payable and recoverable accordingly.
