INANOAHUA INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ELECTORAL ROLL PURSUANT to Section 78 of the Local Government Act 1974 and Regulation 8 of the Local Government Enrolment Regulations 1983, notice is hereby given that the electoral roll of the Inangahua County Council is and will be open for public inspection at the County Office, Buller Road, Reefton during normal office hours. Rolls for outlying Wards will be available for inspection at the respective Post Offices. Rolls to be available from July 8 to 22 inclusive. Any person may, not later than July 22, 1983, object to the roll on either of the following grounds: (a) That any person whose name is on the roll does not possess the necessary qualification at the time when the objection Is lodged; or (b) That any person whose name Is not on the roll possesses the necessary qualifications at the time when the objection Is lodged and Is entitled to have his name Inserted. AND NOTICE is hereby further given that the said rate will become payable at the office of the Board In one sum on August 15, 1983 and that the Rate Book is open for inspection without fee by ratepayers between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. An additional 10 per cent will be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of six months from the date of demand and shall be payable and recoverable accordingly.
