Make a picture —it’s as easy as glue, sprinkle and shake

if you are tired of paints and crayons, you can make a picture out of sand, sugar or glitter instead. Take a sheet of paper and sketch your drawing on it. A simple design is the best. Cover the outline of the sketch with glue or paste. Now sprinkle some sand, sugar or glitter on to the glue or paste before it has time to dry and shake it around so that it covers the

whole drawing. Then pour off the sand, or whatever you have used, into a rubbish tin, and you will find that enough sand has stuck to the paper to create an interesting picture. A picture made with coloured glitter on white paper looks effective, but if you are using sand or sugar, try using black or coloured paper.
