Tour de France rider
NZPA special correspondent Paris A young New Zealand cyclist is taking part in the Tour de France, the world’s most gruelling and important cycle race. He is Eric McKenzie,
aged 24, of Kawerau, Bay of Plenty. The Tour de France, is a 3810 km race in 22 stages, with one day’s rest on July 19, and ending with a grand finale down the Champs Elysees on July 24.
