W. LOCHORE, WEST MELTON to take 27.4 cubic metres of water per day, 4 days per week at the rate of 3.8 litres per second from a proposed 152 mm well, 40 metres deep on property, corner of Finlays and Pearces Roads for spray and trickle Irrigation purposes. 5122 -L. R. and C. D. TROTT, MARSHLAND to take 738 cubic metres of water per day at the combined rate of 17.1 litres per second from two 152 mm wells, 15 and 40 metres deep, on property, 432 Prestons Road for spray and trickle Irrigation purposes. AMYES, HURUNUI to take 1512 cubic metres of water per day, 15 days per month at the rate of 21 litres per second from an excavated waterhole on property, Medbury Road for spray Irrigation purposes. DALZELL, MEDBURY to take 1800 cubic metres of water per day at the rate of 25 litres per second from a proposed 914 mm well approximately 12 metres deep on property, Medbury Road for spray and trickle Irrigation purposes. 5125 - P. J. HOPE, THE PEAKS to take 1242 cubic metres of water per day at the rate of 15 litres per second from a proposed 250 mm well, 20 metres deep adjacent to the Hurunul River on property, Peaks Road for spray irrigation purposes. Replacing right NCY 730194. SUBMISSIONS OR OBJECTIONS The above applications may be examined at the office of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, corner Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch during office hours. Any body or person may at any time within 28 days of this notice lodge with the Board written submissions on any application or an objection to any application. Every objection shall be on the ground that the grant of the application would prejudice the objector’s Interests or the Interests of the public generally and shall be made In writing setting out the grounds on which the objector relies. Every objection shall be supported by a statutory declaration verifying the contents thereof.
