P.O. security moves
PA Auckland Nineteen post offices in the Auckland district have stopped late-night business as a security measure, according to the Auckland Chief Postmaster, Mr John Palmer.
“We have considered that it is not in everybody’s interest for us to stay open — and that includes the customer,” Mr Palmer said. “I am not prepared to put my staff at risk,” he said.
