PA London The New Zealand wool futures contract ended a more active day with gains from Tuesday’s close of mosly 1c to 5c a kilo, dealers said. They attributed the rise to the steadier trend in New Zealand. Turnover was 84 lots, including 13 lots traded in London. Dealers said London business included Continental selling and buying orders on New Zealand account. Some commission house activity was also seen, alongside cross trades.
