Two new directors were recently appointed to the board of Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd. Mr R. D. Dewar (left), a chartered accountant, is assistant general manager of Pyne, Gould, Guinness and general manager of the company’s trust department. Before being appointed assistant general manager, be held positions in the company’s trust departments in Christchurch and Timaru. He is chairman of the Trustee Companies Association of New Zealand and is a director of the Pyne, Gould, Guinness
finance company sobisiary, Finance and Discounts, Ltd. Mr T. E. C. Saunders (right), is an Auckland businessman with interests in manufacturing and retailing. Before establishing his own businesses, he was general manager of Chase NBA Group New Zealand, Ltd, a position he took up on his return to New Zealand after working with the World Bank in Washington and study at Colombia University, where he completed an MBA. He is also a director of the Christchurch Press Company, Ltd.
