Sundae sauce

What you need: % cup sugar 3 dessertspoons cocoa l¥a cups hot water 1 tsp butter Pinch salt 1 tblsp milk 2 tsp cornflour 1 tsp vanilla essence What you do: 1. Mix sugar, cocoa and hot water in a saucepan. 2. Add butter and salt, heat until mixture comes to the boil.

3. Blend milk and cornflour in a cup, then add this to saucepan. 4. Simmer sauce for 5-10 minutes, or until it has thickened. 5. Add vanilla essence. 6. Serve sauce hot over ice-cream.
