GIDDENS, MEDBURY, to take 554 cubic metres of water per day, 18 days per month at the rate of 14 litres per second from two 610 mm wells, 4 and 7 metres deep, at property, Medbury Road, for spray Irrigation purposes. GAMBLE, HORRELVILLE, to take 648 cubic metres of water per day at the rate of 15 litres per second from a proposed 152 mm well approximately 20 metres deep, on property, corner of Steffens and Harewood Roads, for spray Irrigation purposes. 5119, C. L. and A. E. SALKELD, CUST, to take 1488 cubic metres of water per day at the rate of 18.8 litres per second from the Cust River at property, corner of Tippings and Reids Roads, for spray Irrigation purposes. 5120, CANTERBURY EDUCATION BOARD, DUVAUCHELLE, to take 4.5 cubic metres of water per day, 6 days per week at the rate of 0.2 litres per second from a 152 mm well, 6.5 metres deep at the Duvauchelle School, for general school usage. SUBMISSIONS OR OBJECTIONS The above applications may be examined at the office of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, corner Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch during office hours. Any body or person may at any time within 28 days of this notice lodge with the Board written submissions on any application or an objection to any application. Every objection shall be on the ground that the grant of the application would prejudice the objector’s Interests or the interests of the public generally and shall be made in writing setting out the grounds on which the objector relies. Every objection shall be supported by a statutory declaration verifying the contents thereof.
