Lewis wins
NZPA London Chris Lewis continued with his good form in the second round at Wimbledon when he defeated a young Australian, Brod Dyke, in three sets. The New Zealander, who is attempting to put an unsuccessful year behind him, when he slipped over 20 places in the international rankings, won 7-6, 6-1, 6-3. Jeff Simpson played his first (and only) doubles game yesterday with his partner, Mike Estep, the pair losing to Brian Gottfried and Paul McNamee, 0-6, 3-6, 7-5, 2-6.
