McGinty for Sydney
PA Auckland Rama, winner of the Class 1 Rosehill Handicap at Avondale on Saturday, will go to Sydney for the rich autumn races with the Sydney Cup as a target. Her trainer, Colin Jillings, said Rama will not race again before leaving with her stablemate, , McGinty, for Sydney on March 17. Rama (Moss Trooper—Arbelle), has won three of her last five starts. No decision has been made about a rider for her in Sydney. McGinty, unbeaten in five outings, will . start in the Eclise Stakes at Ellerslie on Saturday. He will be riden in Sydney by Bob Vance.
