Fruiterer may face charge
A fruiterer alleged to be trading illegally in Paparua County may soon face another prosecution. The fruiterer was recently fined for breaching the county’s by-laws by selling from a truck parked at the roadside. The Paparua County Council’s finance committee was told yesterday that the fruiterer was once again selling fruit in the area. The committee decided that further action must be taken.
