Anzac services
The National radio programme will be broadcasting two services of remembrance for Anzac Day. The first, at 6.30 a.m., will be the annual Dawn Service from Queen’s Gardens, Dunedin, where the speaker will be the Rev. Lloyd Gammon.
At 11.15 a.m., the programme will carry a special radio Anzac service conducted by the Very Rev. Walter Hurst, dean emeritus of St Paul’s Cathedral, Wellington. This service will be from the Hall of Memories at the National War Memorial in Wellington.
