| PA Tauranga I A house occupied by the (president of a Tauranga [motor-cycle gang and two (prospective members was furnished with the proceeds of burglaries in the Tauranga area, the Magistrate’s Court at Tauranga was told. Peter Thocolich, aged 24, unemployed, of Rangiuru, said by the police to be the president of the Tauranga chapter of the Filthy Few motor-cycle gang, admitted charges of receiving. Godfrey Ernest McTainsh, aged 23, unemployed, of no fixed abode, and James Henry Wilson, aged 20, a tattooist, of Papamoa, admitted charges of burglary and receiving. Sergeant R. E. Lynch said the defendants were living* in an unfurnished house at Papamoa. The proceeds of burglaries in the Tauranga] area were sufficient to fur-! nish the house. Mr D. B. Wilson, S.M., convicted the defendants and remanded them in custody to May I for sentence.
