How to keep bills down
A great deal is heard and said about the high cost of electric heating. This is unjustified if you observe a few of the simple rules. — Remember that the
difference between a comfortable temperature and overheating is marginal when, you are sitting in your lounge. However, that difference certainly adds up on the power bill. Thermostatic control will
take care of this situation at minimal cost. — Batts in your ceiling (and walls if practical) plus heavy, loose lined window drapes will help to retain warmth to a large extent.
— Modern heating appliances are designed to use power — so help them to do their job properly and save yourself money. ~ If you are not using it, turn it off.
