Woman on arson charge
A sickness beneficiary, aged 32, was remanded in custody to May 9, on a charge' of arson when she appeared before Mr N. L. Bradford, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. ■ The woman who was granted interim suppression of her name, is alleged to have wilfully set fire to Huntsbury Home, the premises of the North Canterbury Hospital Board, on Tuesday. Sergeant C. J. Shannahan sought a remand to Sunnyside Hospital so that a psychiatric report could be obtained,
