GENERAL MANAGER LOGGING AND FORESTS New Zealand s largest manufacturing exporter, Tasman Pulp and Paper Company Limited, seeks an experienced Genera! Manager for its Logging and Forests Division based in Kawerau in the Bay of Plenty. The present Manager will be retiring shortly and thereafter the incoming Genera! Manager will be responsible to the Associate Director of Operations for all activities associated with the company's widespread logging and forestry operations. These involve a total wood supply in excess of one million tonnes per annum which comes from the Kaingaroa State Forest and company owned forest land of 40,000 hectares, half of which is already planted in exotic forest. This is one of the top forestry appointments in New Zealand, and the experience and qualifications of candidates must suit the very exacting requirements of this key appointment. Of particular importance is well proven expertise in the realm of general management, leadership and motivation.
