K. L. Coleman was sus-j pended from race riding up to and including April 2'll after being charged with careless riding in the! Canterbury Jockey Club’s j Templeton Handicap at Riccarton yesterday. It was found that Coleman; had allowed her mount,! Highborn, to shift ground in-i wards and crowd Windvale i Toi about 200 m from the I finish of the race. Windvale Toi. in turn, was forced in-: wards on to Mr Charicles; and resultant interference; was caused to Salvaro,; which was attempting to im-; prove on the inside of Mr Charicles. i
