“I don’t think there is any other system but capitalism, but there is more room for co-operative management. We’ve failed to achieve that kind of participation mainly because of the obvious historical fact of the employers’ attitude that they have the right to hire and fire. But I think that is diminishing. They are beginning to realise they can produce better with the co-operation of the work-force.”
