Right to lock out
“There shouldn't be any suggestion of locking out workers. The employer should have the right to employ whom he likes, and the employees the right to work for whom they like and to strike and whether to work with non-union labour. As long as the workers have these freedoms the employer should have the right to lock out, but I don’t think the employer should have the right to lock out people not involved directly. That's an infringement of human rights.”
