Setback for patient
A Kaiapoi man will be more than $lOOO poorer
when he returns home after undergoing hospital treatment. Burglars forced a door of his house at the week-end and escaped with property valued at $lO2O, including a colour television set. The burglary was discovered by relatives of the
Iman when they arrived to check his house.
Christchurch detectives are also investigating the theft of property valued at more than $2OOO from a house in Draper Street, Richmond. The haul included a colour television set, three radios, and two passports.
