PA Nelson New’ Zealand has won the international Paper Tiger yachting championships at Nelson in both fhe individ-* ual and teams events. Harry Handley (Pupuke) won the individual event from two other New Zealanders, Peter Gray (Cambridge) and Robert Preston (Nelson). The top Australian was Peter Anderson, the present world champion, with the
