Ihere ■■’•oidc’ be many problems in achieving the aim. "Marketing will be the biggest problem of the lot,” said Mr Turnovsky. Most problems could be overcome. Manufactured goods lid not face the same restrictions as primary produce though they could be subject to more duty than ocal products. Another problem would be exchange rates. "Many people think our exchange rates are not realistic to achieve this, includin’ 1 myself.” Mr Turnovsky said the initiative was hack in the prtvate sector, and the time was pas' to relv on Government plans. “It is illogical to keep on talking ab_jt getting rid of bureaucrat v i: we are not prep tied to take the initiative.”
