TO ALL NEW ZEALANDERS We are very much favoured in having such a beautiful land in which to live; but do we deserve it? Many men died for our country and many were maimed for life in Two World Wars to make this country free from outside tyranny. The freedom they envisaged is not evident today. Materialism, covetousness, crime with violence are rife even blackmail seem to be used in some instances in public affairs — a deadly sin in private life. Everybody! Can we not co-operate to make this really God's Own Country and so be a good example to the rest of the world? Let us stop all strikes and work for the good of all — not disrupt the life of others to suit selfish aims. We will have Easter holidays this week-end Why? Because of the Greatest sacrifice of all time. Remember this. Ordinary Citizen.
