Correction
A report in “The Press” yesterday of charges brought in the Magistrate’s Court against Linton Frank Biehler incorrectly said that the Magistrate said he would have two witnesses charged with contempt of court. The Magistrate said that because of the circumstance he would not have such charges brought.
