BULLISH N.Z. MARKET
The bullish trend on the New Zealand sharemarket continued yesterday in active trading. N.Z. Forest Products gained 5c to 245 c, Challenge 4c to 215 c and Brierley Investments 8c to 240 c. Going against the trend, Dominion Breweries, F.T.C. and Tasman eased under profittaking. Canterbury Timber Products improved a further 2c to 175 c, and Mount Cook traded at 265 c despite being ex two-for-three bonus, according to official stock exchange advice.
