Honey-baked bananas

Place peeled ripe bananas in a greased ovenproof dish, and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on each banana. Spread the bananas with honey, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Put a small piece of butter on each banana. Bake in a moderate oven for about 10 or 15 minutes until the bananas are a creamy gold colour. Serve with cream or ice cream. Allow a small teaspoon of honey and brown sugar for each banana.
