(b) Refuse normally collected on Monday. April 16, will be removed on Tuesday, April 17. Refuse collection in suburban areas will start at 7.30 a.m. and residents are requested to have their bags out earlier than usual. Residents are also reminded that all sharp objects must be adequately wrapped and bags must be securely tied to prevent spillage. The Controlled Tip at Bexley will be closed all day Friday.
