Refugee boat

The first Vietnamese refu- ; gee boat to sail to Australia this year is on its way to Darwin with about 100 people on board. The vessel was sighted about 9 a.m. yesterday by a Navy tracker aircraft on regular patrol about 140 km north-west of Darwin in the Timor Sea. The refugee boat will be the forty-eighth to have reached northern Australia and the first since last December 6. — Darwin.
